Injection Moulding Material

ABS plastic molding is often a standard when it comes to mold making. Impact resistance and toughness are the two most important material characteristics of ABS, and those qualities make it such a popular, low-cost, commodity-level thermoplastic polymer.

Fiber Reinforced Material

Fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP), also Fibre-reinforced plastic, is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibres. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, or aramid, although other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been sometimes used.

Steel Material

Steel is an alloy of iron and carbon containing less than 2% carbon and 1% manganese and small amounts of silicon, phosphorus, sulphur and oxygen. Steel is the world's most important engineering and the construction material using steel.

Metallic Components

Metals are typically malleable (they can be hammered into thin sheets) or ductile (can be drawn into wires). A metal may be a chemical element such as iron; an alloy such as stainless steel; or a molecular compound such as polymeric sulfur nitride.

Non Metallic

Non-metals are natural materials that do not produce heat or electricity and that are structurally brittle (can not be easily rolling, moulding, extruding or pressing). Chemically, hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, arsenic, and selenium are the non-metallic elements in the periodic table.

Ferrous & Non Ferrous

In case of ferrous (ferrum=iron) metals, the base metal is iron. They compose a large part of the overall metals in use today. This is made possible by their properties that suit many different industries and use-cases. Non-ferrous metals, on the other hand, do not include iron. a non-ferrous metal is a metal, including alloys.
